With the purchase of the Hobbs Vertical ICF Wall System, typically, either shop drawings or engineered shop drawings will be provided for the Hobbs VICF components (walls).
Additional engineering services may be available for other structural elements, such as, footings, concrete slabs, pier pads, beams etc. Please refer to a Hobbs VICF representative to see what option are available for your project and location.
Definitions:
“Shop Drawings”: Shop drawings provide a building layout, panel type and specific locations and project specific details. Engineering calculations will be provided by others.
“Engineered Shop Drawings”: Engineered shop drawings will provide all the basic details of shop drawings, however, an engineering “stamp” from a licensed engineer including calculations for rebar sizes and locations with a lintel schedule will be provided.
